only fish that possess the dual characteristics of fins and scales are permitted. all others are forbidden.the common seafoods that are prohibited are lobsters, oysters, shrimp, clams and crabs.

These rules you have given are nice, but only the very basics. If someone follows these rules only, no Jew who keeps kosher would be able to eat at their house. Perhaps you could expand on these laws...
